Intellectual property

I respect the Intellectual Property of the instructors of Millinery Meetup 2024 and agree not to duplicate, distribute, or teach their course materials.

Cancellation policy

Event cancellation: North American Millinery Group LLC, the organizer of Millinery Meetup 2024, reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the entire event in case of unforeseen circumstances outside of the control of the organizer. North American Millinery Group LLC, the organizer of Millinery Meetup 2024, reserves the right to cancel the event due to low enrollment on or before March 29th, 2024.

Class cancellation: North American Millinery Group LLC, the organizer of Millinery Meetup 2024, reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment before August 1st, 2024. If the delegate does not wish to enroll in another workshop and does not wish to attend the conference, a refund minus an administrative charge of $150 will be issued.

Delegates who withdraw from the conference before May 1st, 2024, will receive a refund minus an administrative charge of $150. Those canceling or withdrawing on or after May 1st, 2024, will receive no refund. Please submit your cancelations in writing to info@millinerymeetup.com

Disclaimer

The North American Millinery Group LLC, the organizer of Millinery Meetup 2024, reserves the right to alter details of any class should an illness, emergency, or immigration issues prevent a tutor from teaching. In such circumstances, we will provide a substitute tutor or ask delegates to join other available workshops. Changes to the program are rare but in the case of illness or any unforeseen circumstances, a tutor may need to be substituted on short notice.

The North American Millinery Group LLC retains the right not to accept a delegate’s enrollment if it deems to be unsuitable or considers their presence to detract from the enjoyment of others.

Payment Policy

I can voluntarily choose to pay in full during registration. I can also choose the Pay Later option offered by PayPal.

Health policy

I agree to the following safety requirements:

Attendees of MMU are required to be current on seasonal vaccines like flu and COVID-19. Attendees should be considerate of their fellow participants and employ appropriate safety precautions – for example, stay in the room if not feeling well, and wear masks in the classrooms.

The North American Millinery Group LLC is not responsible for any medical services.

Release and hold harmless

I, the registrant, request voluntary participation in all activities including millinery classes/workshops/programs of MILLINERY MEETUP 2024. I have read and understand, and freely and voluntarily enter into this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement with North American Millinery Group LLC understanding that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement is a waiver of any and all liability(ies).

I consent to participate in the activities of this event (MMU) while on the campus of Arrowmont School of Arts & Crafts and acknowledge that I fully understand that my participation may involve risk of serious injury or death, including losses which may result not only from my own action, inactions or negligence but also from the actions, inactions or negligence of others where the activities are being conducted. I understand that if I have risk concerns, I should discuss the risks associated with my participation with the activity coordinator before I sign this document and before any activity(ies) begins.

I have read this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement and understand the terms used in it and their legal significance. Checking this box is intended to bind not only myself but also my successors, heirs, representatives, administrators, and assigns.
